Long Term Care Action

In Quebec and in other provinces, the marginal status combined with budget restraints have fostered deficiencies within long-term care systems, including, as noted, lengthy waiting lists, as well as lack of available rooms, poor working conditions, and the increasing role of the private sector in nursing homes.
